Returns and exchanges
You might cancel your order, or any part of it, at any step prior to the order is dispatched, and up to 30 days afterwards. You will need to get in touch with us before returning any products for a refund or an exchange.
If you cancel your order before it has been sent, we will issue a complete refund immediately.
Wherever you make a decision to cancel an order after dispatching the order, you will be under a duty to return the products or whole order to us. All returns should be sent through recorded/registered mail within 30 days after the items have been delivered. Right up until such time as they are returned, you must maintain ownership of the goods and take reasonable care of them. You ought to return the products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them along with the original product packaging.
Once you cancel your purchase and return the products, any amount debited for the products will be paid back to your credit card, debit card or PayPal account.
We will generally refund any money received from you using the same payment method formerly used by you to pay for your order. Repayments for items bought as gifts can only be refunded to the credit or debit card of the person who placed the order. We will usually process the repayment due to you as soon as possible, although it may take up to seven days after receiving the order back from you.
We can't process your refund or exchange till we get the order or product back. We highly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when mailing your items or order back to us. You are also required to pay for any further shipment costs if you are exchanging an item. If an order can't be delivered due to no one being at the delivery address and the item isn't collected from the local delivery office afterwards, we can only issue a repayment of the order excluding the original delivery costs once the package has been delivered back to us by the postal service.
If any product you purchased is damaged, faulty or wrong, when delivered we may provide you with an exchange or refund as best suited, in accordance with your protection under the law. We are not able to cancel your order when you return your products in an used condition. If you buy any loose perfume oils and have tried out a little (a drop or two) and don't like it, we are pleased in refunding or exchanging the product.
