Musk is the name originally designating a substance with a pungent and sharp fragrance acquired from a gland of the male musk deer. Due to the wild hunting of the musk deer most modern musks scents are made from synthetic, artificial components. Musk fragrances can also be obtained from the musk flower, muskwood and musk seeds. The perfume industry is usually very secretive and it is very hard to know the exact ingredients which are used to produce a particular musk perfume oil. Our musk perfume oils don't contain alcohol and are made by brands which are known for their great quality.
